(referred to as "Power Investment Group") regarding the launch of the Qingyang Datacenter Cluster Green Electricity Aggregation Project (referred to as the "Gan Electric Investment Letter [2024] No. 42"): According to the reply on matters related to the implementation plan of the Qingyang Datacenter Cluster Green Electricity Aggregation Supply Project from the Provincial Energy Bureau, the Power Investment Group will construct and operate the Qingyang Datacenter Cluster Green Electricity Aggregation pilot project, with a total of 2 million kilowatts of new energy installed capacity, including 1.5 million kilowatts of wind power and 0.5 million kilowatts of photovoltaic power, with 10%, 2-hour energy storage configuration. As per commitments related to industry competition, this project will be implemented by GEPIC Energy Development.
