According to the Hong Kong Stock Exchange's disclosure on November 8, Shanghai Fuyou Payment Service Co., Ltd. (Fuyou Payment) has submitted an application for listing on the main board of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange, with Citic Securities and Swhyhk acting as its joint sponsors. The company had previously submitted a listing application to the Hong Kong Stock Exchange on April 30 this year.
The prospectus shows that Fuyou Payment is a leading all-in-one digital payment technology platform in China in various fields, empowering customers in different scales and industries in diverse commercial scenarios, providing omni-channel payment services, as well as technology, management, and other value-added services.
According to a Frost & Sullivan report, Fuyou Payment is one of the first technology platforms in China to provide omni-channel digital payments and digital business solutions, and is also one of the first companies to obtain a license to conduct cross-border forex payment services. The company's pioneering innovative businesses include merchant acquiring services, cross-border digital payments, and account operation services that enable merchants to receive payments from end customers, contributing to efficient transaction network operation.
Fuyou Payment holds a comprehensive range of payment licenses in China, as well as payment licenses in Hong Kong and the USA, enabling the company's payment products to cover diverse commercial scenarios in different fields including business payments (offline and online merchant bank card acquiring, QR code acquiring), financial payments (including credit card repayments and fund payments), and cross-border digital payment services (including cross-border B2C, cross-border B2B), simplifying payment processes for customers, integrating online and offline payment information, ensuring secure fund circulation, providing a robust and easily scalable payment infrastructure, and facilitating the efficient operation of transaction networks.
