Tesla (TSLA.US) is currently offering customers the option to lease the electric pickup Cybertruck, starting at $999 per month.
According to the Cnstock news app, Tesla (TSLA.US) is currently offering customers the option to lease the electric pickup Cybertruck, starting at $999 per month.
The Tesla website shows that US consumers only need to pay a $7,500 down payment to lease the all-wheel drive version of Cybertruck for three years, with the option to pay monthly.
Consumers can also choose to lease for two years with no down payment, with a monthly rent of around $1,600.
After clearing most of the backlog orders, Tesla launched the Cybertruck rental & leasing services. The company claims that the Cybertruck is its third highest-selling model, but has not disclosed the specific number of deliveries per quarter.
This model was first introduced in 2019 and has been plagued by production delays, but the issues were resolved last year. In October this year, Tesla recalled the Cybertruck due to issues with the rear camera.
