Gelonghui, November 8 | Entrepreneurship and Environmental Protection (600874.SH) announced that the company recently won the bid for the Huoqiu County Chengbei Sewage Treatment Plant (including Chengnan, Binhe Road, and Chengdong Sewage Lift and Pump Stations) franchise project by participating in a public tender. The project was implemented by the Huoqiu County Housing and Urban-Rural Development Bureau (hereinafter referred to as “Huoqiu County Housing and Construction Bureau”). According to the requirements of the tender documents, the company needed to establish a project company after winning the bid, and the project company was responsible for the investment, financing, operation, maintenance and handover of the project. The project is implemented using the franchise TOT model. The franchise transfer fee is 51 million yuan, and the franchise period is 40 years. The scope of the franchise includes: (1) Huoqiu Chengbei Sewage Plant, with a design treatment capacity of 0.04 millionm3/d, implementing Level 1 A standards for effluent; (2) a sewage lifting pumping station, with a total lifting capacity of 0.053 millionm3/d. After winning the bid for this project, the winning bidder signed a “Franchise Agreement” with the Housing and Construction Bureau of Huoqiu County. After review, the board of directors agreed to register and establish a project company in Huoqiu County after winning the bid. It will be responsible for the investment, financing, operation, maintenance and handover of this project. The registered capital of the project company will be 100% cash funded by the company.
