On November 8, Greronghui, China Jinmao (00817.HK), announced that on November 8, 2024, the company and its indirectly wholly-owned subsidiary Jinmao Xiongan signed a project development entrustment management contract with Sinochem Group and its indirectly wholly-owned subsidiary Sinochem Xiongan. According to this agreement, Jinmao Xiongan will provide management services to Sinochem Xiongan for the development and construction of the project.

The project is located in Xiong'an New Area, Hebei Province, covering an area of approximately 13,947 square meters, with a planned total construction area of approximately 91,163 square meters. After completion, it is planned for China Sinochem to use it as their Phase II headquarters office building.

The group has many years of experience in real estate development, a sound quality control system, and real estate value-added services, along with a large reserve of excellent management talents. Engaging in light-asset real estate development management services aligns with the group's urban operator development strategy and the direction of real estate business growth. The group previously undertook the construction management services of the Xiongan Sinochem 001 Tower project on December 30, 2022, and all work progressed smoothly, leveraging shareholder resources and further participating in the construction of the iconic office building in the Xiongan Enterprise Headquarters Area, to further strengthen the group's ability in construction management.
