Taking into account the company's development needs, in accordance with relevant provisions of the Company Law and the Company's Articles of Association, the company's board of directors nominated committee reviewed and the second session of the twenty-sixth board of directors meeting held on November 8, 2024 approved the "Proposal on Appointing the Deputy General Manager of Southern Power Grid Integrated Energy Co., Ltd." and the "Proposal on Appointing the Chief Accountant of Southern Power Grid Comprehensive Energy Co., Ltd."
