According to the TechFinancials app, on November 8th, at the China Automobile Circulation Association Industry Annual Conference, the list of the first 'Pioneer' enterprise standards in the second-hand car sales and distribution service sector was officially released. The 'Pioneer' Enterprise Standards project is jointly organized by eight departments including the State Administration for Market Regulation, the National Development and Reform Commission, the Ministry of Science and Technology, the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, the Ministry of Finance, and the People's Bank of China. In June 2023, 'Automobile Used Car Retail' was first included in the key areas of 'Pioneer'. The China Automobile Circulation Association serves as a third-party evaluation institution for the 'Automobile Used Car Retail - Second-hand Car Distribution Service' sector enterprise standards 'Pioneer'. Guiding second-hand car distribution service companies to establish high-level standards, promote service upgrades in the industry, provide more mid-to-high-end products and services, enhance enterprise brand competitiveness, and promote high-quality development of the second-hand car industry. The 'Pioneer' of the used car industry standards was rated for the first time, with only Uxin Group and two other companies winning awards, with Uxin Group being the only national chain dealer.
