From January to October 2024, the group recorded (i) total contract sales (including contract sales of joint ventures and associates) amounted to approximately RMB 29 billion and the contract sales area was approximately 2,379,800 square meters, (ii) the average contract sales price* was approximately RMB 12,800 per square meter, and (iii) the company's shareholder equity accounted for contract sales amounted to approximately RMB 14.1 billion.
