The month-on-month increase in hog sales quantity and revenue in October 2024 is mainly due to the gradual recovery of production capacity and the increase in hog slaughter; the year-on-year decrease in sales quantity and revenue is mainly due to the structural adjustment of sales, where the previous period mainly focused on the good sales market and fast turnover of piglets, resulting in fewer marketable commodity fat pigs this period, and at the same time, with the recovery of production capacity, the sales quantity of piglets increased this period.
