(referred to as "Ganfeng Lithium Battery") signed a "maximum amount guarantee contract" (number: NCDBGE2024042) with the Nanchang Branch of China Everbright Bank on November 7, 2024, stipulating that Ganfeng Lithium Battery will provide a joint and several liability guarantee not exceeding RMB 0.15 billion for the borrowing of its wholly-owned subsidiary Guangdong Huichuang New Energy Co., Ltd. at China Everbright Bank.
