tian cheng hldg (02110.HK) announced that its wholly-owned subsidiary, tian cheng hldg shenzhen, has today entered into a strategic cooperation agreement with guangzhou yunda supply chain management. According to the agreement, guangzhou yunda plans to provide value-added health services and related products to its customers in order to expand its domestic business network.
