On November 7th, Keli Motor Group (002892.SZ) announced that the company has recently obtained an invention patent certificate issued by the National Intellectual Property Administration, with the patent name being a new type of turbocharged axial flow fan.
This invention belongs to the axial flow fan technology field. The invention discloses a new type of turbocharged axial flow fan; including a base, one side of the base is fixed with a rotating electric machine. This device, by setting up an oiling component, can drive the rotating plate, frame, and arc teeth inside the oiling component to rotate when the transmission shaft rotates. Through the intermittent rotation of the arc teeth driving the first gear and the drum, lubricating oil can be intermittently added to the bearing inside the casing, facilitating the uniform flow of lubricating oil on the bearing. By setting a locking component, during the oiling operation of the oiling component, the rotation of the first gear can be controlled by the fixed rod, tooth lock, and base rod according to the movement of the arc plate, promptly fixing the position of the first gear, and preventing the first gear from sliding randomly due to inertia, causing uncontrolled addition of lubricating oil. This helps stabilize and control the amount of lubricating oil added, solving the problem of lubricating oil easily being lost in the high-temperature environment of the axial flow fan.
