According to the Zhitong Financial APP, Qianjiang Water Resources Development (600283.SH) announced that on November 7, 2024, during the ninth temporary meeting of the eighth board of directors, the proposal for the acquisition of the second phase franchise operation project of Yuhuan Ganjiang and Damaishi Sewerage Plant was approved. In August 2024, Qianjiang Water Resources Development completed the acquisition of Zhejiang Zheneng Yuhuan Environmental Water Affairs Co., Ltd., and changed its name to Yuhuan Qianshui Water Affairs Co., Ltd. The second phase of Yuhuan Ganjiang and Damaishi Sewerage Plant is located within the Yuhuan Ganjiang and Damaishi Sewerage Plant, and is an expansion project of the Yuhuan Ganjiang and Damaishi Sewerage Plant, invested and constructed by the Yuhuan municipal government.

The scale of the sewerage treatment target in this acquisition is 0.075 million tons per day, with a processing scale of 0.06 million tons per day for the second phase of the Ganjiang Sewerage Treatment Plant, and a processing scale of 0.015 million tons per day for the second phase of the Damaishi Sewerage Treatment Plant. The Yuhuan City Housing and Construction Bureau will transfer the project to Yuhuan Qianshui Water Affairs through a single-source procurement method, with the specific operation mode as: Transfer-Operation-Transfer (TOT). The franchise operation right transfer period is 22 years.
