Sun Frontier Hotel Management Co., Ltd., a consolidated subsidiary of Sun Frontier Real Estate ＜8934＞, held a joint meeting with Sakata Chamber of Commerce and Industry in Sakata City, Yamagata Prefecture on November 5. It was announced that the new hotel “TABINO HOTEL LIT SAKATA” will open in 2026/12.

The company is working to revitalize the region, promote industries, and create employment through the hotel business. A “partnership agreement on regional development” was signed with Sakata City in 2023/7, and discussions have been repeated between the three parties, including the Sakata Chamber of Commerce and Industry, aiming for regional revitalization through new hotels and tourism businesses. The opening of “Tabi Hotel LIT Sakata” is the first step in the regional development project.
