CDB Leasing (01606.HK) announced that it has entered into a financing lease arrangement with Chengde Zhuoyun Information Technology, and Ch Energy Eng Shanxi Provincial Electric Power Design Institute of China Energy Construction Group, yesterday (6th).

Reportedly, CDB Leasing purchased photovoltaic power generation equipment in Chengde City, Hebei Province from China Energy Construction Group Shanxi Provincial Electric Power Design Institute for 1.84 billion yuan (RMB), and leased the related photovoltaic power generation equipment to Chengde Zhuoyun Information Technology. The total lease principal is 1.84 billion yuan, total lease interest is 0.866 billion yuan, and the lease term is 204 months.
