The Federal Court has dismissed the appeal by Suriati binti Mohd Yusof on the decision by the Court of Appeal favouring CTOS. On 6 November 2024, Surianti put in a motion for permission to appeal to the Federal Court against the decision of the Court of Appeal.

This was following a successful appeal CTOS b that overturned a previous High Court ruling. The verdict, reached in the Court of Appeal at that time eliminated legal uncertainties regarding CTOS's authority to formulate credit scores under the Credit Reporting Agencies Act 2010.
