Zhixun Finance APP reported that Dickson Concept (00113) announced that the company received a notification from Mr. Dickson Poon, the group's executive chairman and executive director, indicating that the Securities and Futures Commission had launched legal proceedings against him and EAL in the High Court of Hong Kong in relation to the alleged insider trading mentioned in the October announcement, and the Commission has applied to the court for an order requiring (including) disclosure of the amount earned, profits or interest, and/or to pay compensation as directed by the court.

Mr. Dickson Poon has informed the company, strongly denying the allegations made against him and will fully defend himself in the legal proceedings. However, as the matter is in judicial proceedings, Mr. Dickson Poon will no longer comment on the matter. The company will make further announcements as required by the listing rules.
