On November 6, Gelonhui announced that yesasia hldgs (02209.HK), a wholly-owned subsidiary, signed machinery and decoration agreements with Geek Plus on November 6, 2024. They will respectively purchase equipment and services from Geek Plus for the design, supply, and installation of the Fengshu warehouse's automated warehouse system, as well as decoration services and engineering provided by Geek Plus to support the automated warehouse system. Due to the need for time to finalize the terms of the decoration agreement and to ensure Geek Plus' preparations, yesasia hldgs signed quotes with Geek Plus on September 9, 2024, and October 14, 2024, respectively, for ground leveling engineering and shelf system installation.

The directors believe that signing these agreements to establish an AMR warehouse in Fengshu is in the group's interest, increasing the group's distribution capabilities to meet the future growth of the business. The new AMR warehouse is expected to start operation in April 2025.
