The Yichang Municipal Government designated Yichang Chengfa Kangyang Industrial Investment Co., Ltd. (referred to as "Kangyang Company") as the representative of the government's capital contribution to participate in the project company according to law. Recently, the company formed a consortium with Yichang Hongren Sanatorium Co., Ltd. (referred to as "Yichang Hongren") as the successful bidder of the demonstration project as the social capital party. Recently, the company, Kangyang Company, and Yichang Hongren signed the "Shareholder Agreement" and other related cooperation documents to jointly establish the project company, with the registered capital of the project company proposed to be 9.5 million yuan. Among them, the company contributes 4.37 million yuan, with a 46% shareholding; Yichang Hongren Sanatorium Co., Ltd. contributes 4.655 million yuan, with a 49% shareholding; and Chengfa Kangyang Company contributes 0.475 million yuan, with a 5% shareholding. On the same day, the company signed a "Joint Action Agreement" with Chengfa Kangyang Company.
