On November 6th, Guanxi Parkson Group (03368.HK) announced that on November 6, 2024, its indirectly wholly-owned subsidiary, Nanning Parkson (as a tenant), entered into a new lease agreement on the renewal of Nanning with Nanning Holding (as the landlord). Since 2004, Nanning Parkson has been leasing Nanning Properties for its retail business. The current lease will expire on December 31, 2024, and the parties have agreed to renew the lease based on the new Nanning agreement, with the lease term extending until November 27, 2042.
