Among them, the competition for Gongdesi 001 and 002 land in Haidian District was fierce, both entering the draw section after reaching the land price limit. Finally, Greentown and Yuexiu each won the bid for the 001 and 002 land, with total transaction prices of 5.175 billion yuan and 6.3825 billion yuan respectively, both with a premium rate of 15%.
