The company group aims to expand the service area by promoting the vision of "filling the world with direct marketing." Within just 1 year of listing, they have carried out "6 M&A activities, establishment of 2 group companies, 4 new businesses, investment in 1 company, and business partnership agreements with 1 company." The "URERU TARGET 20" area, which is not yet providing services, currently only consists of "shop area support," "personnel introduction," and "personnel development," with plans to realize service provision through future M&A activities and establishing new subsidiary companies.

For the fiscal year ending July 2025, they are planning for a revenue of 1,653 million yen, an increase of 216.2% compared to the previous year, and aiming for operating profit of 3 million yen.

Considering future M&A activities and establishment of new subsidiary companies, on January 1, 2025, they plan to change the company name to "Ureru Internet Advertising Company Group" and transition to a holding company structure with 6 business companies.
