Partial revisions to manufacturer's suggested retail prices for building materials and equipment
LIXIL Co., Ltd. has decided to revise the manufacturer's suggested retail prices for some residential building materials and equipment.
Over the past few years, we have implemented flexible price revisions, mainly due to soaring raw materials. However, the effects of the rise in raw materials, purchased materials, parts, logistics costs, etc. will continue to be unpredictable in the future, and it is difficult to respond with corporate efforts alone due to changes in product demand specifications in the market. Therefore, I would like to inform you that under such a severe environment, we have decided to revise the manufacturer's suggested retail prices for some building materials and equipment.
1. Implementation period: From 2025/4/1 for orders received
2. Main target products and details of revisions to manufacturer's suggested retail prices:
The manufacturer's suggested retail price will be revised for some products (including parts) subject to the following.

| Wash your face | 2 to 156% (Average around 40%) |
