Hangzhou Lin'an District Housing and Construction Bureau issued the "Opinions on Further Promoting the Healthy and Orderly Development of the Real Estate Market in Lin'an District", proposing the implementation of group purchase subsidies. From October 1, 2024 to June 30, 2025, officials, employees, and residents of Lin'an District organized by government agencies, enterprises, and villages (shareholding economic cooperatives) who purchase 3, 5, 10, or more new commodity residences in the area, will receive subsidies of 0.5%, 1%, 1.5% of the actual total purchase price respectively after handling the real estate certificate, with the subsidy amount not exceeding 50% of the actual deed tax paid.
