The first batch of 10 units of the Guangzhou residence project 'Guangzhou South Station ICC-Junluan Forest Park' under Shimao (00016.HK) was completely sold out within a week after release. Subsequently, the second batch of 10 units in the price list also sold close to completion, and the developer announced plans to release the third price list soon.

The developer stated that the Junluan project is currently progressing smoothly, and it is expected that the first batch of units will be delivered in February next year, while the first-phase shopping mall and office building of Guangzhou South Station ICC are expected to gradually open from 2026 onwards.
