Centralwealthgp (00139.HK) announced that last Friday (1st) it entered into a strategic partner cooperation agreement with Malaysia's Nomura Roths Investment Bank PLC to establish a strategic partnership and leverage their respective strengths to achieve mutual benefits.

According to the relevant agreements, the contracting parties will establish working groups to promote strategic cooperation between them; in terms of suitable business cooperation opportunities, the contracting parties agree to prioritize cooperation with each other; the contracting parties shall regularly review the progress of strategic cooperation and resolve any issues in cooperation to ensure the achievement of the contracting parties' goals, and discuss any new business ideas and plans for business cooperation between the contracting parties to further enhance collaboration.
