On the news front, Beijing North Star recently released the third-quarter report for 2024, achieving a revenue of 4.731 billion yuan (RMB, the same below), a year-on-year decrease of 54.9%; a net loss attributable to owners of the parent company of 0.928 billion yuan, a year-on-year change from profit to loss. The company stated that the decrease in revenue and net profit was attributed to a decrease in settlement income in the real estate development sector during the period, due to a decrease in the settled area; the profit of the real estate sector decreased year-on-year.
