In fact, in the Agentic AI era, industry know-how remains a reliable barrier for SaaS vendors. Only by possessing industry know-how can we transform knowledge into the ability to harness AI and help customers achieve business results. Between AI and SaaS, it is more about seeking a cooperative and mutually beneficial relationship rather than direct competition. Software SaaS companies have commercial scenarios and have accumulated a large amount of industry know-how, data, and customers.
