In the resignation letter, EY stated that due to the inability to reach an agreement with the company on the audit fees for the comprehensive financial statements of the Group for the year ended December 31, 2024 (2024 audit), they have decided to resign as the company's auditor, effective from November 1, 2024.

Upon the recommendation of the Audit Committee, the board of directors has appointed Tianjian International Certified Public Accountants Co., Ltd.
