According to reports received by the Wisdom Financial APP, there has been speculation from the outside world that Elon Musk, one of Trump's biggest supporters and a billionaire, may buy its social media company from this Republican presidential candidate. $Trump Media & Technology (DJT.US)$.

According to a report on Friday, people within the Trump camp have been 'speculating' for weeks that his social media platform will eventually be acquired by Musk and his social media platform X.

The report states: 'But there are certainly rumors around the Trump Tower, including people strolling around the Mar-a-Lago estate, claiming that Musk is looking at some kind of merger between Trump Media Technology Group and X.'

The author of the report could not verify this speculation.

It is understood that as early as March of this year, there were reports that Trump had asked Musk last summer if he was interested in acquiring Trump Media Technology Group.

However, in September, Trump stated in an interview that he would not sell his stake in Trump Media Technology Group because the stock price of his holding company performed poorly after his debate with Democratic presidential candidate Harris.

United Atlantic Ventures, a USA investment company holding 7.525 million shares (5.5%) of Trump Media and Technology Group, sold its stake at the end of September. The former president currently owns 56% of the company.

As of the Friday close, the stock price of Trump Media and Technology Group fell by 13.53%. Over the past three months, the stock price has risen by 30%, compared to a mere 4.8% increase in the s&p 500 index.
