Ruifeng Power (02025.HK) announced on November 1st that the board of directors hereby announces that (i) Chen Suquan has submitted his resignation as company secretary and will no longer serve as the authorized representative of the company as well as the authorized representative for receiving legal process documents and notices under Section 16 of the Companies Ordinance of Hong Kong, due to the need to devote more time to other matters. All resignations will take effect from November 4, 2024; and (ii) Meng Lingjin has submitted his resignation as Chief Financial Officer due to the need to devote more time to other matters. This resignation will also take effect from November 4, 2024.

Li Weilue will be appointed to replace Chen Suquan and Meng Lingjin as Chief Financial Officer, Company Secretary, Authorized Representative, and Authorized Representative for Legal Process Documents, with all appointed positions taking effect from November 4, 2024.
