The framework agreement provides a new platform for the group to further expand its food sales and distribution business segment. The group will continue to sell and distribute food through traditional distribution channels, while cooperation with Zerconex can promote the market promotion of group products through online channels, drive the development of the group's e-commerce, and introduce new sources of revenue for the group.
