Zhitong Finance APP News, cnqc int'l (01240) announced that the group recently obtained three Hong Kong architecture engineering contracts, namely: Hong Kong Chinese University will assemble and synthesize the student dormitory part of the multifunctional building at the Chong Ji Campus of Chinese University in Hong Kong on July 26, 2024, and grant a main contract to its indirectly wholly-owned subsidiary; the Hong Kong Architectural Services Department on August 8, 2024, granted a contract for the main contract construction engineering related to the reconstruction work of the Kwai Chung Crematorium to the company's subsidiary; and Ki Lian Co., Ltd. on September 30, 2024, granted a contract for the main contract construction engineering for the commercial redevelopment of 31-37 Hankow Road, Tsim Sha Tsui, Kowloon, Hong Kong to another subsidiary of the company, collectively referred to as the Chinese University of Hong Kong contract, Kwai Chung contract, and Hankow Road contract.

If all the construction projects described in these contracts are completed, the total contract amount of these three contracts is estimated to be approximately 1.365 billion Hong Kong dollars (including contingent amounts). The Chinese University of Hong Kong contract is expected to be completed in March 2027, the Kwai Chung contract is expected to be completed in April 2027, and the Hankow Road contract is expected to be completed in May 2026. Due to the inclusion of contingent amounts in the contract amount, it may not be realized, so the actual contract amount obtained by the group from these contracts may not be equal to the contract amount.
