Gelonghui November 1st | Kyland Technology (300353.SZ) announced that the company actively responds to national requirements, tackles the core technology of operating systems, and after 30 years of R&D precipitation, independently developed a new industrial operating system called Intewell, filling the gap in China's industrial control operating system software field and solving bottleneck issues. Currently, Intewell industrial operating system and its related solutions have been applied in various areas such as aircraft, ships, industrial robots, nuclear power, automotive electronics, CNC, motion control, with reliability and security fully verified. To proactively respond to the country's demand for the renewal and upgrading of industrial operating systems and software, promote the new industrialization process, and better grasp the development opportunities of domestic industrial operating system-related businesses by integrating internal resources, the company will consolidate and adjust the industrial operating system business and equity structure.
1. In line with the company's strategic development needs, to consolidate company resources, improve asset operational efficiency, streamline equity levels, optimize the company's organizational structure, and enhance management efficiency, the company plans to absorb and merge its wholly-owned subsidiaries, Kyland Hua Sheng Technology Co., Ltd. (referred to as 'Kyland Hua Sheng') and Kyland Huihe Technology Co., Ltd. (referred to as 'Kyland Huihe').
2. After the merger of Kyland Hua Sheng and Kyland Huihe, the company intends to adjust the 82.319% equity of its holding subsidiary Beijing Keyinjing Technology Co., Ltd. (referred to as 'Keyinjing') and the 75% equity of its holding subsidiary Kedong (Guangzhou) Software Technology Co., Ltd. (referred to as 'Kedong Software') to be held by Kyland Intewell Operating System Co., Ltd. (referred to as 'Guangya Hongdao').
