'Selling over 0.01 million units a month is a step in sales, with the All-New Dreamer contributing to over 60% of sales,' said Lantu Autos CEO Lu Fang to reporters. Apart from the All-New Dreamer, the newly launched Lantu Zhiyin also made a significant contribution to sales. 'Zhiyin has already exceeded 10,000 units in cumulative sales, but the monthly sales of over a thousand units for Chasing Light have not met expectations.'
The automotive market continued to heat up in October. Benefiting from the dual incentives of the policy to trade in old vehicles for new ones and local replacement subsidies, coupled with the large-scale nationwide auto shows held during the National Day golden week, as well as the active promotion activities by dealers to sprint towards year-end targets, intensive introduction of new vehicle models, and other positive factors, the overall heat of the automotive market continues to rise. Consumer demand for purchasing vehicles is accelerating, further boosting auto sales. It is estimated that the passenger vehicle retail sales in October will be around 2.25 million units, achieving double growth year-on-year and month-on-month. Looking ahead to November, the China Automobile Dealers Association believes that as we enter November, automotive companies and dealers will maintain their sprinting status, with promotion efforts unabated, and vehicle demand will continue to be released. It is expected that terminal sales in November will maintain a growth trend compared to October. The stimulating effect of the local policy of replacing old vehicles with new ones on the market is gradually becoming evident.
