TB Kawashima Co., Ltd., a consolidated subsidiary of Toyota Boshoku Co., Ltd. (Headquarters: Kariya City, Aichi Prefecture, President: Masayoshi Shiraishi), as announced on March 28, 2024, accepted an investment from AUNDE Achter & Ebels GmbH (Headquarters: Germany, hereinafter referred to as AUNDE) effective November 1st, and became an equity-method affiliate of Toyota Boshoku, changing its name to "Aunde Boshoku Co., Ltd.".
On the same day, a new company inauguration ceremony was held, marking a new start. In the future, we aim to further develop global cooperation with AUNDE and enhance competitiveness domestically and internationally.
