(Smart Digital People), signed a "Promotion Cooperation Agreement" (Cooperation Agreement) with Shanghai Moonshot AI Technology Co., Ltd. (Moonshot AI), also known as Moonshot AI. Smart Digital People, as a non-exclusive partner of Moonshot AI, will provide promotion services on third-party internet platforms. The cooperation agreement is valid until September 30, 2025, and after the expiration of the cooperation period, a written extension agreement must be signed.

The board of directors believes that this is the first time a group subsidiary has cooperated in promoting services with a well-known large-scale artificial intelligence company in China, laying the foundation for the group to further develop internet promotion business in China in terms of branding and channels.
