SHK PPT (00016.HK) announced that Director Lau Tak Yang recently informed the company that, in order to focus more on his family and personal affairs, he will not seek re-election at the upcoming shareholder annual general meeting, and will step down as an executive director of the company at the shareholder annual general meeting.

It is understood that Lau Tak Yang joined New World in 2017, mainly responsible for expanding business in Mainland China and government relations work.
