Tmall mentioned that the core user group dominated by 88VIP members continues to expand, with their consumption desire continuously increasing, becoming a powerful driving force for brand growth. Since the presale started on October 14, by the evening of October 31, the number of orders placed by 88VIP members has increased by over 60% compared to the same period last year, with the average purchase amount per person increasing by over 30% annually, and 88VIP member visits increasing by 50% annually.
Based on user experience upgrades and enhanced user stickiness, Tmall's November 11 shopping festival-related this year is expected to welcome the highest number of purchasing users in history. Over the past year, the 88VIP member base has maintained double-digit growth, becoming a key driver of brand business growth. Data shows that as of the end of June, the 88VIP member base has exceeded 42 million, making it the largest e-commerce paid membership system in the country.
