Trio Ind Elec (01710.HK) announced that its subsidiary Deltrix Limited has signed a strategic partnership cooperation agreement with Shenzhen Hailiang Technology. It is reported that the two parties will cooperate on solar storage, flexible super fast charging stations, and comprehensive solutions in the new energy and new energy automobiles innovation field to jointly promote the global new energy fund business development.

Trio Ind Elec revealed that the initial focus of the cooperation includes the construction and operation of solar storage flexible charging stations in Central Asia, the construction and operation of charging stations for electric taxis in Hong Kong, as well as the construction of solar storage prototype rooms domestically. In addition, the two parties will reasonably allocate and invest corresponding resources and capabilities based on the specific requirements of different projects.
