Beisen Holding (09669.HK) issued a profit warning, expecting a loss between 89.1 million and 0.109 billion RMB for the six months ending in September, compared to a loss of 3.058 billion RMB in the same period last year. The decrease in losses is mainly due to the decrease in losses generated by the fair value changes of redeemable convertible preferred shares, as well as the decrease in share-based payments, decreasing between 2.901 billion and 2.914 billion RMB.
