Kaiyuan Sinde has resigned as the company's auditor, effective October 30, 2024, because due to regulatory decisions issued by the Chinese supervisory authorities, Kaiyuan Sinde will no longer be able to perform overseas listing audit services for mainland Chinese companies within five years, and has made related inquiries to Kaiyuan Sinde.

According to the recommendation of the Audit Committee, it was proposed to appoint Advance Opportunity Accountants Limited as the company's new auditor to fill the temporary vacancy after Kaiyuan Sindh's resignation and will remain in office until the end of the company's next annual general meeting. However, it can only be realized after obtaining shareholders' approval at the special shareholders' meeting in accordance with section 29.2 of the company's articles of association.
