hkex (00388.HK) announced the appointment of Che Poon Kuet to replace Nen King Sun as a board of directors member, with a term starting from October 29th this year until the conclusion of the shareholder annual general meeting of hkex in 2026.

Che Poon Kuet declared that as of October 29th, apart from 1,400 shares of hkex owned by himself and 700 shares of hkex owned by his spouse, he has no other ownership of hkex shares.
