Gelonghui on October 31st | Road king (01098.HK) announced that, as of September 30, 2024, the group has signed contracts worth 8.67 billion yuan. Together with the unconverted contract amount of 0.536 billion yuan, the total property sales of the group during the period amounted to 9.206 billion yuan, a decrease of approximately 55% compared to September 30, 2023.

As of September 30, 2024, the toll revenue of the highway project amounted to 1.813 billion yuan (including 0.607 billion yuan from domestic sources and 1.206 billion yuan from Indonesia), a decrease of about 39% compared to September 30, 2023. The significant decrease in revenue is mainly attributable to the sale of four domestic highways in April 2024. Nevertheless, the toll revenue from the Indonesia highway project increased by about 14% compared to September 30, 2023.

As of September 30, 2024, the average daily mixed traffic volume of the Indonesia highway project was 87,400 vehicles, a slight decrease of about 3% compared to September 30, 2023.
