JD.com-SW(09618.HK)(JD.US)11.11 officially opened at 8 pm on October 31 (today), with doubled subsidies. As a cross-border export e-commerce platform under JD.com, JD Global Sales will further increase the subsidy investment, upgrading postage services to multiple overseas locations. In addition, JD Global Sales has added two new "overseas postage areas" in Malaysia and Thailand, and launched independent sites in both locations.

With the launch of the new postage areas, Malaysian users can now enjoy the same services as Singapore users, with free sea transportation for 6kg parcels and free standard air transportation for 2kg parcels for orders over 399 RMB. For orders within 2kg, users can upgrade sea transportation to air transportation for free; Thai users can enjoy land transportation for 2kg parcels for orders over 199 RMB. In addition, JD.com's APP has newly launched two sites in Malaysia and Thailand, bringing more unique products and exclusive offers to local users.

In August this year, JD Global Sales announced logistics performance upgrades in the USA, Japan, Singapore, and other locations, introducing three new performance modes: Express Direct Mail - Air Transportation, Standard Direct Mail - Air Transportation, Economy Direct Mail - Marine Transportation, to meet the needs of overseas consumers for different delivery times and postage prices.
