The board of directors, based on the recommendation of the audit committee, resolved to appoint Guowei Certified Public Accountants Co., Ltd. (Guowei) as the company's new auditor, effective from October 31, 2024, to fill the temporary vacancy left by the resignation of KPMG Certified Public Accountants and to serve until the end of the next shareholder annual general meeting.
