Zhixin Finance and Economics APP News, Brainhole Tech (02203) announced that Wan Duo has resigned as an executive director due to other responsibilities, as well as from the company's Remuneration Committee and Nomination Committee members, and from the positions of authorized representatives as stipulated in Rule 3.05 of the Listing Rules of The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited, effective from October 31, 2024.

After Ms. Wan resigns, she will no longer be a member of the Board of Directors' Remuneration Committee and Nomination Committee, effective from October 31, 2024.

Executive Director Zhang Liang will be appointed as the authorized representative, effective from October 31, 2024, after Ms. Wan's resignation.
