Wise News APP reported that msctech (01632) announced that on October 30, 2024, the company plans to issue a total of 60 million shares to Runbang Wang and Zhongke Green Energy Technology Investment Co., Ltd. at a subscription price of HK$0.5 per share, a premium of approximately 69.49% over the closing price of HK$0.295 per share on the day. The net proceeds from the subscription of approximately HK$29 million, about 96.55% are for the development of wind power technology business and about 3.45% are used for the group's general operating funds.
