Cordlife to Hold EGM on 14 Nov to Pass Resolutions

Singapore Business Review ·  Oct 30 12:42

It proposes to pay directors' fees of up to $135,000 for 2024.

Cordlife Group Limited will hold an extraordinary general meeting (EGM) on 14 November at 10 AM at 1 Kim Seng Promenade, #15-01, Great World City East.

The EGM will include a resolution to appoint PKF-CAP LLP as the company's new auditors until the next annual general meeting. This switch is expected to reduce audit fees by approximately 30%, saving the group from the $698,000 audit cost incurred in 2023.

The group also proposes to pay directors' fees of up to $135,000 for the financial year ending 31 December 2024, to be paid quarterly in arrears.

At the company's last general meeting in May, shareholders denied the proposed resolution to approve director fees of up to $450,000 for 2024.
