On October 30, 2024, COSCO Shipping Port (01199.HK) announced that on October 30, 2024, the company signed a general agreement on shipping and terminal services with COSCO Shipping. In addition, on October 30, 2024, the relevant member companies of the group entered into the following general agreements: (1) The Maersk shipping service general agreement entered into by the company and Maersk A/S (on behalf of Maersk); (2) The Guangzhou Port Company container terminal service general agreement entered into by Guangzhou Nansha and Guangzhou Port Company; (3) The Guangzhou Port Group Limited container terminal service general agreement entered into by Guangzhou Nansha and Guangzhou Port Group Limited; (4) The Lianyungang Port service general agreement entered into by New Oriental and Lianyungang Port; (5) The Tianjin Container Terminal Terminal Service General Agreement entered into by Tianjin Container Terminal and Tianjin Port Group Company; and (6) The CMA CGM terminal service general agreement entered into by the company and CMA CGM.
